General Booking Information

Arrival time: 3.00pm to 7.30pm (an approximate arrival time is always helpful,  baggage and Cars can be left earlier if space is available, please ask)

Departure Time: No later than 10.30am (again baggage and cars can be left after this time, space permitting in the car park, please ask)

Booking

A deposit of 20% of the total booking is required to secure your room and can be taken by debit/credit card. Payment is due on arrival.

Booking.Com

We do use Booking.com as a way of booking rooms online through their website. However, at present, we do not offer all our rooms on this site and Booking.com may state that we are full when in fact we may have availability. Please therefore if you wish to check availability please call on 01522 537469 and we will be able to give you the correct availability.

Rooms

We have 6 Double Rooms, with a maximum occupancy 2 persons per room (2 with a double bed, 4 with king size beds)

We have 3 Superior Rooms, 2 of which can be family rooms, each family room contains a king size bed and a sofa bed. A family room means there is suitable accomodation for upto two adults and a further person, there is a £25 supplement per extra bed per night during their stay (the sofa bed is only available upon request therefore please call us to check availability ). Cots and highchairs are available upon request for the very young ones.

We have a one room that can be used as a twin room, Room 2, access is via its own ground floor entrance direct from the car park, this room can be used as a double or a twin (two single beds) room if preferred. Alternatively Room 5 and 7 can be used as a twin (1 king bed and 1 double sofa bed), please call for more details prior to booking.

Car Parking

So close to the Cathedral we are very fortunate to have a private rear courtyard that can accomodate up to eight cars, this is accessed via an archway through the building, this is very tight for a large car i.e 4x4 and great care must be taken, also there is ample on road parking at the front of the property this is free from the hours of 5pm to 9.00am. The private parking must be pre booked and is included in the price of the room.

Cancellation Policy

We have a seven day cancellation policy whereby a full refund will be given if you cancel your booking with more than seven days to go prior to your arrival. We regret that if you cancel with less than seven days prior to your arrival the full price of the room will be charged however should we be able to re-let the room a full refund, less the deposit, will be given.

We accept English Sterling and all major Credit and Debit cards.
