Cathedral View Guest House is a charming Grade 2 listed property dating back to the 12th Century at the time the Cathedral was being built. Sympathetically restored the property still maintains some of the original timber work and indeed many original features built during its long history can be found throughout the property, please take your time and visit our gallery below to view these historic features.
Set in a stunning location, the Cathedral can be seen in all its glory. The home page images of the cathedral are taken at the rear of the property giving you an idea of how central we are to Lincoln Cathedral, the Castle, the Bailgate and indeed the Cathedral Quarter. One of the best views of the Cathedral is that of the main West front of the Cathedral which can be viewed from bedroom 5 hence the name Cathedral View Guest House. Three more rooms offer views of the towers rising into the skyline.
Our bedrooms are stylish and sympathetic to the original layout of the property. In all rooms you will you will be able to unwind and enjoy your luxurious surroundings, with a traditional feel to the furniture and décor in keeping with original features such as open fireplaces, timber beams, original stonework and wood panelling. All rooms have their own private shower facilities to the highest standard, tiled throughout again with a traditional feel, heated towel rails and complimentary toiletries. Tea & Coffee making facilities, Flatscreen Televisions with freeview and Wi-Fi access are available in all rooms.
